For those who don’t, or have another insurance not listed, I am able to provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company and based on your policy, may receive a full or partial refund back.

After our initial 20 minute complimentary call, which can be scheduled here, I will provide you with a scheduling link that you can use to schedule on your own.

We all need different levels of support depending on where we are on our journeys. Once we have our initial session, we'll have a better idea of how often we need to meet.

This is an opportunity for me to learn more about you and how I can help you. During this time, I'll also introduce you to some skills and strategies that I feel align with your goals, while providing you with education throughout our session.

Yes. I ask for at least 24 hours notice or there will be a fee. No shows, late cancels/reschedules, result in a lost time slot for someone else.
